Monitoring - We have both a temporary and a permanent fix being reviewed currently. We are entirely confident that all eligibility checks are fully enforced, and that it is only occurring after an extended uptime period for a handful of users on only one server. Hence, there is a difficulty in tracing back the specific issue. We continue to monitor closely as we implement these fixes.

Identified - Some users have reported seeing shifts from locations they are not assigned to when viewing the open roster. This is a rare occurrence and only affects the display. There is no possibility of unassigned users accepting or working these shifts, as eligibility checks remain fully enforced.
Our development team has given this issue the highest priority and is actively investigating the root cause. Additional safeguards have already been applied to prevent incorrect visibility while the permanent fix is being implemented.
