This is a standard release of code improvements and upgrades. Although a significant amount is changing under the hood, there are only a handful of noticeable changes, all of which can be viewed here: https://docs.shiftmatch.com/space/KB/2687008837/Web+2.20+Release:+June+11th+2025. Please also review the links within that support page, where we are outlining the upcoming Feature Release for everyone. We still expect downtime to be minimal.
